About Us

Stimulate parent, family and community involvement in childhood and youth development through research, training and advocacy;

Sensitize the nation on the relevant local, national and international protocols, policies and programme initiatives on ECD and the need for their effective implementation in Nigeria;

Enlighten the nation on the peculiarities of childhood as well as issues relating to child survival, development, health and learning;

Mount advocacy for active and purposeful Government and corporate involvement in ECD in terms of licensing, supervision/monitoring, training of personnel, provision of infrastructure, etc.

Draw attention to and vigorously pursue the issues of child protection, child abuse, child labour in the contemporary political contexts; and,

Offer solutions to the identified challenges of childhood, adolescence and youth in a globalized world.
